2. Nature of Service & Data Disclaimer
SchoolsPedia is an independent search directory. The school records, UDISE codes, and facility audits are compiled from publicly available datasets published by the Unified District Information System for Education Plus (UDISE+), Ministry of Education, Government of India, and demographic indexes from the Census of India.
Disclaimer:While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the directory's structural alignment, the data is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or real-time validity of any record. Official applications, scholarships, or legal filings must be verified through the respective school administrations or official education portals.
3. Acceptable Use License
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal lookups, parent counseling, academic research, and non-commercial educational evaluations.
🚫 Prohibited Conduct:
- Deploy automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to systematically dump, scrape, or extract our databases.
- Attempt to bypass search limits or compromise the API endpoints of the Site.
- Re-distribute or re-license the database listings for commercial profit.
- Use the Site to gather contact details of school administrators for spam, cold outreach, or phishing campaigns.
4. Intellectual Property
The search design, logo, visual components, color palettes, templates, custom programmatic text generation logic, and UI code are the intellectual property of SchoolsPedia. Public datasets, school names, addresses, and official UDISE codes remain the property of their respective creators and government agencies.

In no event shall SchoolsPedia, its developers, or its editors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or reliance on school directory information, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
